Since every puppet is made to order, production typically takes 2–4 weeks. Delivery time is added on top of that, depending on your location. Dave will give you a specific estimated timeline at the time of purchase, and will communicate any delays promptly.
Yes! Dave loves creative requests. Custom orders involving simple variations of existing characters — such as different colors, eye styles, or minor costume additions — carry a $25 custom fee. Entirely new character designs carry a $100–$400 design fee depending on complexity. All fees are disclosed upfront before you commit.
Most DMPCreative characters range from 13" (33 cm) to 18" (45 cm) in size. They are designed to fit adult SM–MED hands comfortably and are suitable for children ages 7 and up with adult supervision.
DMPCreative puppets are professional performance puppets, not toys. They are appropriate for children ages 7 and older under adult supervision. They are built for performance, creative expression, and therapeutic use — not rough play.
Because every puppet is made specifically to order, returns are generally not accepted. Please refer to the individual listing on Etsy for full policy details. If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us and Dave will work to make it right.
